Cookie Policy

The website application does not set browser cookies or use localStorage, sessionStorage, advertising identifiers, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, analytics scripts or third-party embedded content. Images, styles and scripts are served from the site itself. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, MailerLite form or embedded Stan checkout in this version. Links to external services are ordinary links, not embedded tracking components.

The key priestley-cookie-choice-v1 in browser localStorage remembers acceptance or rejection for 180 days. It is shared by the language pages on the same origin, is not sent to the server by the application, and does not activate tracking. The footer lets you change the choice. Clearing browser storage or using another browser will show the notice again. No application analytics or advertising cookies are used.

OpenAI Sites and the Cloudflare delivery/security layer handle page requests. Where access is restricted, the platform also manages ChatGPT sign-in and related authentication. The application’s buttons do not control platform sign-in cookies or override its privacy controls. Technical storage actually needed to supply a service requested by the visitor is distinct from optional analytics or advertising. Provider-specific technology names and lifetimes depend on the hosting and access configuration; the application does not claim that every cookie named in general provider documentation is present on this domain. See the provider information linked below. This notice is not a verified cookie inventory for the platform’s sign-in pages.

The notice appears when no saved choice exists or the saved choice has expired. Accept and Reject are equally available; both let you continue. Because the application currently uses no optional cookies, neither choice turns on analytics or advertising. Selecting Accept does not consent to unspecified future trackers or to health-data processing. Use “Cookie choices” in the footer to reopen the notice and change or withdraw the saved choice. Closing with Escape is treated as rejection. Ordinary navigation within the same open website does not repeatedly prompt.

Before optional storage or tracking is enabled, the notice and inventory must be updated with each actual provider, identifier, purpose and lifetime. Required consent must be obtained beforehand, separately for distinct purposes, with no preselected optional choices. Withdrawal must be as easy as acceptance. Strictly necessary storage is exempt from prior cookie consent only where the legal exemption genuinely applies; it is not automatically exempt from data-protection information duties.

Stan Store, WhatsApp, Notion and the email service operate separately when you choose a link. Their cookies are not activated as embedded components by this website. The external destination may receive normal connection information and set cookies under its own notice. Your browser can block or delete cookies and site storage; blocking platform authentication or security storage may affect restricted access. Browser controls do not replace a service-specific withdrawal or deletion request.

This notice is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC as amended and the applicable national implementation, including Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante’s 10 June 2021 guidelines where applicable.
