IANA PRIESTLEY / METHOD

How I work, in detail

Many people come to me after years of symptoms and separate attempts to address each problem. I look at the full picture: how digestion, hormones, metabolism, the nervous system and immune function interact, and which factors deserve attention first.

01

Before we meet: a detailed review

I study your detailed questionnaire, current symptoms and how they developed, available blood tests and reports, health history, medication and supplements, nutrition and lifestyle. In complex situations, a detailed personal history helps identify events and changes that preceded the symptoms.

02

The consultation: connecting the dots

We reconstruct the sequence of changes, including stressful events, hormonal shifts, infections, medication and changes in food or daily habits. We identify the main connections and agree on practical priorities rather than looking at one result or symptom in isolation.

03

Your personal written strategy

Your recommendations explain the overall picture and priorities. They cover nutrition, meal examples, supplements and their order of introduction, digestion, sleep, stress and daily habits where relevant, plus useful questions for further investigation.

04

Mentoring: applying and adjusting

Over three months, we review your response, changes in symptoms, new test results and any difficulties with the plan. The strategy is adapted as you progress. The frequency of calls and WhatsApp contact depends on the programme selected.
